Hey I’m Alan, a guy who’s now sugar free.
For many years that wasn’t the case though, you could of called me a sugarholic because I suffered the same symptoms as an alcoholic. After a binge I’d say I’d never eat chocolate, sweets or cake again then very soon after, sometimes the very same day I’d be sat there in a sugar coma again thinking what went wrong, I’d say to myself I’ll only have one piece of chocolate, cake or what ever was there and then I’d go all out and eat the lot, I just didn’t have any control when it came to sugar.
Every time I tried to stop I would just feel miserable and obsess over the sweet stuff till I finally gave in and got my fix. I just couldn’t understand why it was so hard to not eat sugary food.
Eventually I’d just had enough of feeling like crap, being over weight and just feeling helpless that I made the decision once and for all that no matter what happens I will beat my sugar addiction and live a happy healthy life.
Thankfully I got through to the end of the tunnel and have now seen the light. I now realise I don’t need sugar because I’m already sweet enough! My sugar free life now is better than I could of imagined. I’m happier, healthier, a lot leaner, and just plain look and feel great.
On this blog I’ll be sharing a lots of tips and strategies for beating the sugar trap once and for all just as I did, plus I’ll share lots of great recipes for you try out which I’m sure you’ll love.
So if you want to learn how to stop eating sugar once and for all then stick about 🙂
To your health, happiness and success!
